Forms needed include, Program administrator form for the coach as well for any team manager. Player registration forms, copy of birth certificate or valid documentation, player photo, registration fee for Spring season.
Coaches wanting to affiliate with our soccer program require a coaching license. Dates are updated monthly and often just before the begining and right after each season. A program administrator form, a livescan fingerprint completed, attend a coaching license clinic. Fees vary from $25 to $85 depending on our state association sponsor. A "D" license is recommended for coaches taking on a U14 level or older.
Players looking for a team must be prepared to fill out a player registration form, bring a copy of birth certificate, bring current photo for ID card and season fee. Fees include Club registration, Cal South registration, Gaming circuit, ID card, Insurance, field use and cert, Uniform, Referee fees and general services. Plan carefully and identify our clearly posted refund deadlines.
